Care Instruction:
1. Always store your balalaika in its custom fit Imperskaya case on those rare days when you are not playing it.
2. Wipe down your balalaika and fingerboard after playing it. This will prevent the finish and frets from premature wear.
3. Once your balalaika is properly set up, avoid exposing it to varying temperatures or humidity levels. Balalaikas bodies are made of thin pieces of wood to project the best sound, but wood reacts to changes in temperature and humidity. Use a humidifier during the winter season.
4. When storing your balalaika for a long period of time, tune the string down.
